Monthly packages are prepaid before each month begins. We confirm the scope and an available slot before payment.
Only need a few posts?
1 post + 1 matching story: MVR 250.
3 posts + 3 matching stories: MVR 650.
These one-off packages also include short captions and one revision round per batch. Payment is 50% before starting and 50% after approval, before final files.
What we make
Posts, stories and captions.
We work from your brief, brand assets and supplied content to design posts for your products, services or campaigns. Before we start, we agree how the designs should look and which formats you need.
A matching story adapts the post for a story format; it is not an additional, unrelated design. Final social designs come as PNGs, with captions in a text file. Editable working files are not included by default, so agree any other formats before starting.

The process
From your brief to final files.
Brief
Tell us what you need, who it is for and your deadline. Send the required copy, brand assets and images.
Direction
We agree the deliverables, formats, visual direction and available slot before payment and design.
Review
Review the designs and send your feedback in one list for the included revision round.
Delivery
After approval, we send the final PNGs and captions on the agreed schedule.
Before you book
Social design questions.
How long will the designs take?
For a small social package, the first draft generally takes 3 working days after payment, an approved brief and all required materials are received. Allow 1–2 working days for revisions after you send your feedback in one list. We confirm dates for each booking; client delays pause the schedule.
Can unused monthly posts carry over?
Up to 25% can carry over once into the next month, with matching stories and captions: 2 posts on the 8-post plan or 3 on the 12-post plan. We agree revised delivery dates. Work delayed by Lunarea is rescheduled or refunded.
Will you publish the posts or reply to messages?
Design packages do not include account management. Scheduling and publishing approved posts, plus a basic performance report, are a separately quoted add-on. We agree the platforms, posting volume, report frequency, access and approvals before starting; design is separate. Your team handles comments and DMs. Ads, live coverage, sales and payment handling are excluded.
Are photography and video included?
No. Design fees do not include photography or video production. Send the images and brand materials needed for your brief before design begins.
What happens if I cancel?
Before work starts, we refund the advance. Once started, we charge for completed work within the agreed scope and any separately approved, non-recoverable costs, then refund the unused balance. If Lunarea cannot complete the work, we refund the undelivered portion.
