What do you need to get started?
Tell us what you need, who it is for and your deadline. We agree the brief, deliverables, formats and available slot before taking payment. Send the required copy, brand assets and images before design begins.
How long does it take?
For a small social package, the first draft generally takes 3 working days after payment, an approved brief and all required materials are received. Allow 1–2 working days for revisions after you send your feedback in one list. We confirm dates for each booking; client delays pause the schedule.
How does payment work?
One-off projects are 50% before starting and 50% after approval, before final files. Monthly packages are prepaid before each month begins. We confirm the scope and an available slot before payment.
How many revisions are included?
Social packages include one revision round per batch; logo packages include two rounds. Send your feedback in one list. For other work, we agree the included rounds in your quotation.
Can unused monthly posts carry over?
Up to 25% can carry over once into the next month, with matching stories and captions: 2 posts on the 8-post plan or 3 on the 12-post plan. We agree revised delivery dates. Work delayed by Lunarea is rescheduled or refunded.
Which files will I receive?
Social posts come as PNGs with captions in a text file. Print designs are PDFs prepared to your printer’s confirmed specifications. Logos come as PNGs and PDFs; SVG is available on request and may need manual preparation. Profiles, portfolios and decks include a finished PDF. Agree other formats before starting; editable working files are not included by default.
Do you publish posts and reply to messages?
Posting and basic reporting are a separately quoted add-on. We agree the platforms, volume, report frequency, access and approvals before starting. Design is separate; your team handles comments and DMs. Ads, live coverage, sales and payment handling are excluded. Design fees do not include photography or video production.
What if the project is cancelled?
Before work starts, we refund the advance. Once started, we charge for completed work within the agreed scope and any separately approved, non-recoverable costs, then refund the unused balance. If Lunarea cannot complete the work, we refund the undelivered portion.
